PLACING YOUR ORDERWe are currently taking orders online only.
LIMITED SHIPPING AREA:
- Website: Place your order securely and at any time through our online shopping cart using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal. U.S. billing addresses only (cards issued by non-USA banks/issuers are not accepted at this time). Online orders are processed through a secure server and credit card information is encrypted. A note about secure pages: The web pages where personal information will be used are secure pages. A secure web page will have "https://" at the beginning of the page address (at the top of the screen) and some browsers will display a yellow lock box at the bottom (usually right corner) of the browser screen. Regular web pages/product pages have "http://" at the beginning of the web page address. Secure pages are used once the checkout process has begun. The rest of the catalog is run in regular mode.
Due to ever-increasing shipping rates, we may limit our shipping area to zones 1-7. If your state is not listed in the drop-down box of the checkout page, we may not be shipping to that zone.SHIPPING TIMES U.S. addresses only.
Items marked in-stock
will ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of order processing. Orders with special shipping notes on the product information page will ship within the time frame specified on that page. Orders paid for by electronic check or a check mailed in are shipped once payment has cleared (usually 4 business days). We ship via USPS, UPS GROUND, FEDEX or FedEx Smartpost.

*When estimating days in transit, do not include Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or the day the package is placed with the shipper. Shipping tends to be slower during holiday seasons.
We do not guarantee delivery times. Transit times are estimates.
SHIPPING RATES: Shipping rates range from $5.99 to $12.99 for standard ground depending on the weight of the order. A shipping calculator is included on the shopping cart page which shows the shipping rates available for the applicable products.
Real-time inventory status is available directly from our website. Occasionally, for various reasons, a product's inventory may not have been updated (for instance when orders are placed by phone rather than through our website). With the exception of these rare instances when an item has not yet been updated, all items are in stock unless otherwise noted. If you place a higher quantity in your shopping cart than we currently have in stock, a message will be displayed notifying you of the product's status. In this case you will have the option of placing a special order for the additional quantity (please see SPECIAL ORDERS below). Orders listed with a special order status of "yes" are still being carried by the manufacturer (this does not guarantee the manufacturer has the item in stock). Orders with a special order status of "NO BACKORDERS" should be verified with us prior to placing your order. If the item is listed as "discontinued", "out of print", etc., the item can not be special ordered.
SPECIAL ORDERS - BACKORDERS
If you choose to purchase items in a higher quantity than we currently have in stock, we will place a special order with the manufacturer for the additional quantity, normally within 24-48 business hours (smaller orders may take longer as we have to meet our distributors minimum order requirements when placing an order). You will be able to let us know how you prefer to have your backorders handled during the checkout process.
If you need your special order by a certain date, please include this date in the "Request By Date" box during checkout. We will notify you as soon as possible if we are unable to ship by this date and cancel the order if you so choose.
Please inspect your merchandise promptly upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any problems with your order. If you would like to request to return an item after this time, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned in damaged/unsalable condition.
If a delay in delivery has occurred once your package has been placed in shipment and tracking has not been updated, we will consider the shipment lost 21 days after the day it was placed with the shipper for PRIORITY MAIL service and 30 days for all other ground services. We do not guarantee delivery times as this is totally dependent on the carriers, holidays, weather conditions, etc.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us, in salable condition, within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the cost of the merchandise returned. Please send an email to
firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Order" in the subject line and let us know that your order is being returned. Please retain all return shipping receipts and tracking/delivery confirmation
numbers until the refund process is complete. Refunds require up to one week to process once we have received the returned product.
We will notify you via email once a credit has been issued.
ORDERS THAT CAN NOT BE PROCESSED:

- Custom and personalized items
- Opened and/or used items
- The following returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee:
- Special orders: for product that we do not normally stock but ordered from one or more of our vendors for a customer (some vendors charge extra fees that are not credited back to us including
shipping fees, small order fees, restocking fees and drop-ship charges).
- Backorders: orders for quantities above what we normally carry in stock that are placed with the manufacturer on behalf of a customer incurring the same nonrefundable fees noted above for
- Orders that were not charged original shipping fees due to a free shipping promotion if the returned merchandise amount would bring the original order subtotal below the free shipping amount.
Orders can not be processed for any account which is unsettled
. We reserve the right to refuse to process orders for any customer who has disregarded our policies. Orders placed by any customer with a chargeback history will be cancelled. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about our policies.
ORDERS SHIPPING TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES - LIMITS:
A limit of $250.00 total will be placed on order(s) shipping to any cardholders using an unconfirmed address in a 4 month period. We also reserve the right to refuse an order of any amount that would be shipping to an unconfirmed address. Any order that does not have a delivery address that matches the billing address, zip code and security code is considered unconfirmed. Please use a confirmed address for your order to ensure that it can be processed.
We can only cancel an order if it has been placed during non-business hours (after 5:00 pm Eastern Time) and the cancellation request is made before the next business day. If the order is shipping from a separate warehouse, we will be unable to cancel after the order has been put through to that warehouse. All cancellation requests made outside of this timeframe are subject to our return policy. Please keep in mind that we do try to ship within 1 business day of orders being received. Please email your cancellation request to email@example.com. Please put "Cancel Order" in the subject area so that your request will be processed as quickly as possible.
